ISP who provides the lowest latency service

Hi to everyone on these forums! I am looking for a new ISP for when my current subscription with Exatt Technologies expires in Jan. Since I play on-line multiplayer games frequently, I am interested in low latency. In fact for gaming even a 128 kbps connection would work fine if you had really good low pings to the game servers.

I presently subscribe to Exatt's 512kbps plan. The have a 60GB per annum cap, which is quite reasonable.

What I would like to know is everyone's views on which ISP provides the best low latency service. To get a representative idea, I would appreciate if members do 5 ping tests to the following sites and posts their results in the format I have created below. Please list the average result of the 5 "AVERAGE" times you achieve. Please also post how many times (TOTAL) a packet was lost out of the 20 packets that would be sent to each site. That way we would get an idea of how the various ISPs compare to one another not only in latency but also in quality of service. The sites are listed below.

Here are my results:

ISP: Exatt Technologies
Plan: 512kbps
Max sustained download speed using a download accelerator: Around 50KB/sec.

Avg Ping to www.eso.com: 258ms
Lost packets: 3

Avg Ping to www.gamespy.com: 327ms
Lost packets: 3

Avg Ping to www.google.com: 157ms
Lost packets: 4

Avg. Ping to www.download.com: 340ms
Lost packets: 3

Avg. Ping to www.ati.com: 99ms
Lost packets: 0

Avg. Ping to www.nvidia.com: 271ms
Lost packets: 2

Avg. Ping to www.ea.com: 330ms
Lost packets: 4

So, as everyone can see, my latency is not that bad, but the service quality is terrible! Out of 7 sites tested with 20 pings each, I lost 19 packets, which is 13.50% packet loss. It could just be a problem with my ISP at the moment, but there are the results for all to see.

Levelupgames are the guys who host Ragnarok, the only desi game server that I'm aware of.. I'm not sure what their actual server address is, but these should be indicative I guess..

These stats are obviously not very conclusive as factors like time of day, congestion etc. are unaccounted for.. But anyways, I hope that helps :)
