The Register amongst others, is carrying a story on American millionaire Greg Olson's trip to space in 12 months time. After fellow American Dennis Tito and South African Mark Shuttleworth, Olson will be Space Adventures' 3rd space tourist. However, he isn't just going to gawk outside his window, or admire the novelty of the space toilet:

Olsen intends to carry out experiments on behalf of his own Sensors Unlimited: some involving infrared cameras and others concerning crystal growth.

The novelty doesn't seem to have worn out yet, with the price tag remaining about the same. The 8-day trip is going to set him back about USD 20 Million, which is similar to the amount paid by his predecessors.
