Relationship No. 500003415962. Reliance 3G Mobile Broadband No. 9015542413. To my request to dicontinue the Broad Band Service as on 6.5. 12 the same was accepted and in full and final settlement of dues the above mentioned Bill was sent to me by messenger on 8.6.12. The bill for Rs. 494/- was paid vide my Ch.No. 173911 dt.8.6.12 drawn on HDFC Bank, Mayur Vihar Ph.I. I have received a Receipt No.0524832 from Reliance Communication Infrastructure. I hope the matter is settled once for all and I will not receive any further calls from any person on this matter. Thanks.
