No best customer care support, depend on cable operator, they did not get help, Big problem of alliance broadband are this is peer to peer connection internet, so when user incress then internet speed down rapidly. No modem. Big problem of alliance broadband is, in RAINY day flashing then user computer is affected, Motherboard and other equipment burn. GET BSNL BROADBAND, Costly but Reliable. Alliance have no local office, so you are not talk with your ISP directly
